Sno-Tubing Fun for All Ages! Slide into Fun!

Experience the thrill of sno-tubing, a fun and safe activity for everyone. Our large inflatable tubes are perfect for sliding down the teaching slope, creating unforgettable memories.

We can take children from 4 years of age upwards for Sno-Tubing. The activity is more suited to children taking place on our teaching slope, but adults are more than welcome to participate and join in the fun!

Should I pre-book for the toboggan?

Don’t Miss Out – Pre-Book Your Tickets!

Yes, to guarantee your place and avoid disappointment, we strongly advise booking online or by phone. Due to high demand, we often reach full capacity, and on-the-day tickets are subject to availability. Please pre-book, especially if you’re travelling a long distance.

How long will it take to do the rides?
It takes about 4 mins on average per run, there may well be queuing time between each ride. We aim to get the rides done as in as efficient manner as possible, within the hour. Depending upon the size of the queue on the time and day of your visit can vary the time spent with us.
Do I have to pay if I’m riding with a child?
Children under the age of 4 can’t ride on the run. Those aged between 4-7 years have to ride with an adult (at no extra cost). There is no height or weight restriction to go on the run.
How many people can fit onto a Toboggan?
Generally one. Children aged 4-7 years have to ride with an adult at no extra cost. Please call in advance if you need to discuss visiting with any riders who may have special needs.
Can I ride the toboggan whilst pregnant?
For safety reasons, we do not recommend the toboggan run for individuals who are pregnant, due to the physical nature and speed of the ride.
What happens if it rains?
As an outdoor Snowsports facility, we operate in a wide range of weather conditions to ensure you can enjoy the actvities year-round. Please come prepared with appropriate clothing for an outdoor activity, including waterproofs and thermal layers when needed.

For safety reasons, we may suspend activities in extreme conditions such as lightning, heavy snowfall, or ice formation.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to weather, unless we have deemed the conditions unsafe for operation.”

What should I wear?
For Sno-Tubing it is as simple as dressing for the weather. However, we do recommend long sleeves and trousers. Trainers or equivalent shoes are a must.

Birthday Parties: If you are having a birthday party with food, please be on site at least 20 minutes before the start time as we have to take the children’s food orders and make sure all your guests are on site before we start the session. For birthday parties without food then you can arrive between 10-15 minutes before the start time.

Cancellation Policy
We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours prior to your booking we are not able to offer a refund. If you cancel outside of the 48 hours then we reserve the right to charge a 10% admin fee for cancelling. We do not offer refunds due to the weather unless it’s down to the fact that we decide we cannot operate the run safely. Ice snow etc.

Can I help my child with their sno-tube?
If your child may struggle taking their Sno-Tube up the hill themselves, then parents are more than welcome to help them carry the tube up the slope. We do have smaller ones for younger children.
